Election Victory in 2009
I am pleased to report that I was elected to a four year term on the Rochester City Council as a result of finishing third in the November 3, 2009 election.
I was fortunate enough to be supported by a wonderful mix of people from various areas of our city. Getting to know many of you, and forming some new friendships, was an added benefit to the campaign process.
I was pleased with the election and was glad that the three other incumbents were re-elected. Hats off to Jeff Cuthbertson, Stuart Bikson and Dave Becker for winning re-election. I think that the current mix of council members will provides good balance and good experience as our city moves ahead into the next decade.
My thanks go out to all the residents who voted for me and to all of my friends and supporters who aided in the campaign process. Without your help my victory would not have been possible and I thank all of you for your contribution in whatever form it took.
